Success isn’t given, it’s earned. No one knows this better than Hannah Beharry.
Hannah was bullied since the age of 6, struggled with dyslexia and ADHD, and was constantly told not to follow her dream because “girls can’t play boy’s sports”. The world was always telling Hannah she couldn’t succeed. She didn’t listen. Hannah followed her passion and first started boxing in 2005.
As a testament to her skill, despite adversity, Hannah became one of the most prominent female boxers in the UK. Her achievements include:

Hannah retired from competing in 2012. Now she works to help others, specialising in bespoke one-on-one sessions where she uses her extensive boxing experience to help clients achieve their goals. I have gained over 10 years of Olympic Athletic training. I specialise in weight loss, getting fit and obtaining the right body catered to you. Using all the vast knowledge and experience I have gained from boxing to help my clients achieve their goals.
All session plans are ensured to be tailor fit for all levels of fitness needs, focusing on the different aspects of training desires, whether it being improving health and fitness or boxing techniques. I make sure the sessions are kept fun, exciting and also challenging so you can leave feeling great still worked out and getting fitter.
Nutritional meal plans are individually created for clients and kept at a monthly up ensuring your great progression! My aim isn’t to have clients for life but to help clients understand the knowledge behind training and diet to guide and motivate them for the future of their health.
Clients will stay on and see me a week after our 12-week intense one on one programme, but that’s just to keep them motivated and on track.
