Hannah has over 10 years of experience in this field. She specialises in weight lost, getting fit and gaining the right body tailored to you. Hannah uses her vast experience from boxing to help her clients achieve their goals.
She ensures each session is catered to her clients needs, makes it fun, exciting and also challenging, so that you leave the session feeling fit, but also having pushed your comfort zone.
She also provides nutrition plans catered for her clients and keeps a monthly update of progress.
Her aim isn’t to have a client for life, but to help her clients understand the science behind training and diet, allowing them to carry on equipped with the knowledge to continue and succeed.
Some clients will continue to see Hannah once a week after the 8 week intense course, encouraging them to stay motivated and on track.
