INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

 

 

I'm now offering virtual personal training sessions tailored to you, based on your individual goals. They’re designed to be fun, varied, and challenging. You’ll leave each session with Hannah feeling fit and knowing you’ve pushed yourself out of your comfort zone and tested your limits. Clients typically train with Hannah 2-3 times a week for 6-8 weeks. During this time Hannah will provide you with detailed nutrition plans and give you a monthly update on your progress.

 

After this intensive workout period you’ll have the skills and knowledge to look after your health and fitness for life, with the option to continue working with Hannah. Hannah doesn’t want to you be a client for life, she wants to put you in control of your fitness and educate you on the science behind good training and nutrition, giving you the skills to succeed long after your sessions have ended.

Beginners Group Session

45 min blast 

Boxercise Session

Aimed at beginners and those who want to get fit, stay motivated, and learn how to exercise well for life.

10 week Program

START DATE: 10 am, May 9th 

£10 per session or £95 for a block of 10

Max Number of People: 10

 

Get Lean and Build Muscle 

45 min blast

Designed for people who want to lose weight and gain muscle using minimal equipment, great for learning to exercise at home. These sessions will be focusing on flexibility and strength conditioning.
